kmtests framework works only on Windows Server 2003 SP1

    Description

      It fails to load on WinXP and Server 2003 SP0 and/or SP2 simply because of kernel exports that are not present.
      Would be nice to be able to at least run some tests on these other platforms, even if they might fail.
