Inter-process clipboard problem

Copying from one process and pasting in another does not work.

1)Run Arwinss
2)Run 2 WordPads
3)Write a string as "Reactosrocks" in the first wordpad instance
4)Select the substring "rocks". Right click->Submenu->Copy (or hit CTRL+C)
5)Place the cursor to the second instance of wordpad, Right click->Submenu->Paste (or hit CTRL+V)

6) You will see nothing, or a crash.
