ARWINSS: Avz: main windows is not redrawn after accessing the menus

AVZ is useful antiviral/system administration tool from Russia.

It does not redraws it's main window after menus disappears.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run avz
2. Open any menu item (for example, "Service")
3. Close menu item
