ARWINSS: some applications start with no windows

Created an attachment (id=4793)
debug log: dvdshrink 3.2.0.15

Some applications, like ACDSee 3.1 or DVDShrink 3.2.0.15, start without opening any windows (but are still shown in the task manager). In the task manager they are periodically appearing and disappearing (it looks like the application is trying to restart itself in infinite loop).
