ARWINSS: winamp 2.95's window gets distorted then moved out of screen and back

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install winamp 2.95
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Winamp-2-Download-3067.html
2. Run winamp
3. Move it's window out of screen as shown on screenshot
4. Move it back. UI will get distorted.
