windows titles are shown as inactive (gray) while being active

Created an attachment (id=4727)
7-zip file manager (the window is actially active and receiving events)

Steps to reproduce:

1. download 7-Zip
2. install 7-Zip
3. run 7-zip file manager

Clicking on "help" menu, selecting "about" and pressing "ok" fixes this issue.

7-Zip installer is affected by this bug also.
