ARWINSS: REGRESSION: If resolution is > 800x600 window is not redrawn on deskop when moving outside 800x600 invisible border

If screen resolution is higher than 800x600(i used 1024x768) desktop has invisible 800x600 borders. If you'll move window outside of this borders window will be not redrawn outside of them. Minimising/maximising window makes it normal(redraws it) in any position.
