Patch for hhpcomp to get it working under windows

This is a (WIP) patch to get hhcomp working under windows:

• initialize the chm and chm_config struct right
• have a fallback for tempary files
• open files in binary mode (to get around linebreak problems)
• debug output to find the current problem (writing the pmgl is broken (file size is big enough, but writes only \0)
