Loader config parsing oddities (PXE boot)

My pxelinux and freeldr.ini configs are exactly as on wiki page about PXE.
Freeloader boots in full UI mode, as if Display section of .ini is ignored.
RAM disk is only being created for the first entry in Operating Systems, else code at winldr.c:627 would execute and SectionName is copied to BootPath.
Regardless if RAM disk is created or not it all ends with "Opening hive file failed!" error. If I unpack whole iso into "livecd_debug" or "livecd_screen" folder inside tftp root and boot corresponding OS entries, error changes to "Importing binary hive failed!" Also, If I add some switches (/DEBUG /DEBUGPORT=SCREEN /SOS) at the beginning of Options string of the first "LiveCD" section, ISO filename gets truncated.
