Minor Description
I like it on Win XP that its easy for the user to observe (unexpected?) network traffic on a very basic level by looking at the systray netshell icon.
It is flashing when network traffic occurs.
Ros also currently offers this feature, but the contrast between flashing and not-flashing is so low, that I currently have to move my face 1cm before the monitor to see the difference.
This icon-set aims to enhance that contrast to make network activity easier visible.
2 versions:

and one by myself which gives even more contrast
I'd go for (myProposal).
