    Description

      Windows and ReactOS implements click-to-focus window activation behavior. According to http://joelpurra.com/Projects/X-Mouse_Controls/ (tool is licensed under GPL), it is possible to get mouse-follows-focus with click to activate behavior with a registry change, which is used by default on X11.
