    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install ReactOS into VMware
      2. Install VMware tools
      3. Run mspaint
      4. Hover mouse cursor over the white canvas

      Cursor becomes corrupted.
      Because I can't take a screenshot, I will upload photo
