PATCH: validate ntoskrnl sections

This patch loads ntoskrnl.exe, and validates various section flags (Some are required, others are not allowed).

This test was made to ensure http://code.reactos.org/changelog/reactos?cs=68930 would not regress.

There is only one failure now: the INIT section in ntoskrnl is not marked as 'IMAGE_SCN_MEM_DISCARDABLE'
