[HID] hidclass.sys breaks when loading QEMU USB Tablet at system boot

    Description

      The HID driver (hidclass.sys) seems to fail when is trying to load the QEMU USB Tablet device, this happen sometimes at system boot, at least 1 of each 10 boots are stopped by this.
