Windows are repainted incorrectly when moving out and in from desktop.

Open any window in desktop...then drag it so part of the window is out of desktop...now drag it again to desktop. You'll see several glitches in the repainting.
1) Open My Documents
2) Drag it to the top left corner, so part of it is hidden.
3)Move back to desktop.
4)You will see a "cascade" effect of repaints.
