taskmgr: Change "Mem Usage" status text

ReactOS Task Manager shows "Mem Usage" in the status bar. This wording makes it seem like it is displaying physical memory usage (like the "Mem Usage" column under the Processes tab), when it is actually displaying the commit charge.
