During many operations the titlebar of window blinks

    Description

      During dragging the window, the window titlebar is drawn with "inactive" colours and later with "active" colours. On slow machine there is visible blinking effect on titlebar of window.

      The blinking effect is visible also after clicking the titlebar.

      The window shall be drawn directly with "active" colours.
