Description
When I extended the ReactOS Applications Manager sideways, the scrollbar did not adjust itself accordingly (see screenshot.3.png) and when I scrolled down, the scrollbar went up with the contents of the window (screenshot.4.png). But if I scrolled down, then the scrollbar disappeared.
This is very similar to CORE-6249, which is now flagged as 'Resolved' and 'Fixed', so I have created this new issue.
