Major Description
When you compile ReactOS with support for just one language, like this for an italian only installation:
configure.cmd -DI18N_LANG:STRING=it-IT
in my opinion, during the initial setup, there is no need to show the screen for asking the user to select a language, since only one possibility is allowed, see attached screenshot.
If this is the case, I think that the setup should select the only available language itself and advance directly on the next welcome screen.
