Internet Settings won't close after opening certificate

    Description

      Hi guys, when you open Internet Settings > Content tab > Certificates or Publishers > open a certificate > close the certificate and then try closing Internet Settings. You can't. You have to terminate rundll32.exe through Task Manager. bootcd-69507-dbg.
