Resize screen has no right click areas

Hi guys, if you increase the resolution from 800x600 to say 1152x864 and try right clicking the empty areas of the desktop on the far right or bottom you don't get the right click option. It still works in the top left where it was 800x600. You have to restart ROS to get it working again. bootcd-69507-dbg
