Minor Description
Since ReactOS lacks a clipboard viewer, what is sometimes a bit annoying,
this patch adds a simple Win3x/9x-like clipboard viewer to the source.
It doesn't support loading, saving, or scrolling for now and currently can only
display CF_UNICODETEXT, CF_BITMAP, CF_ENHMETAFILE and
CF_METAFILEPICT, but this should be enougth to give the user a clue whats
on the clipboard.
