Shift-select files don't work as expected

    Description

      Using shift and the arrow keys do not work as expected in ReactOS. You select a file while holding the arrow keys down. In Windows, it selects a files to the right. In ReactOS, it does nothing like that. https://youtu.be/eS_7C2HyuCU
