Device Manager: clicking with right mouse button does not work in some cases

    Description

      1. Open ReactOS Device Manager.
      2. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" node.
      3. Left click on "Primary IDE Channel".
      4. Right click on "Secondary IDE Channel".
      Nothing happens.
      Context menu for "Secondary IDE Channel" must be shown.
      There are nothing interesting in debug log.
