Entering "C:" (without trailing '\') in the address bar doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

On Windows (using windows' explorer), entering in the address bar: "C:\ " or "C:" (without the quotes ofc.) opens the correct directory. On ReactOS this is not the case: the first one works, the second one doesn't.
