Internet: no TCP access outside LAN

I'm trying network on real hardware.
I can't access anything tcp outside my LAN.
I reproduced this on 2 differents network cards : 3com 3c905tx and Dlink DGE-528T.
I can :
-ftp in my LAN
-ping and resolve names outside (ping www.reactos.org works)
I can't:
-ftp outside gives a MSAFD error : STATUS_LOCAL_DISCONNECT.
-Rapps doesn't download its database.
