    Description

      0.4 needs to look as professional as possible, and charmap is far from that goal.

      I'll rewrite it for the 0.4 release and play around with improvments on the original design, including fixing some of the problems Thom highlighted here http://www.osnews.com/story/28632/The_peculiar_history_of_the_Windows_Character_Map
