some applications show in some scenarios the wrong icon in taskbar (default exe icon)

    Description

      r69892 gcc dbg on VBox 4.3.32

      Seems to happen quite randomly.

      This happens with and without thmsvc running.
      WIN32SS?

      this has not been recently introduced - r66666 is broken the same way
