    Description

      Greetings, after inspecting kernel32:sync winetest I noticed
      WARNING: RtlSetIoCompletionCallback at lib/rtl/workitem.c:915 is UNIMPLEMENTED!

      I jumped into wine code and after some investigation created this patch. Enjoy!

      Edit: Patch tested locally and brings failures down from 21 to 15
