NTVDM Get pixel, Set pixel interrupts

    Description

      In DOS game Popcorn, firework effect on menu screen doesn't work.
      Logs show:

      (../subsystems/mvdm/ntvdm/bios/vidbios.c:3858) BIOS Function INT 10h, AH = 0x0C, AL = 0x83, BH = 0x3F NOT IMPLEMENTED
      		 
      (../subsystems/mvdm/ntvdm/bios/vidbios.c:3858) BIOS Function INT 10h, AH = 0x0C, AL = 0x83, BH = 0x00 NOT IMPLEMENTED

      which is supposed to write/restore effect's particle pixel color.
      This tries to implement them - doesn't seem to do anything yet, though...
