MSTSC in ReactOS Build 70198 freezes with 100% CPU

    Description

      There seems to be a hang bug which causes the Remote Desktop Connection application to use up 100% of the CPU. The hung bug is that if you put any application in front of it when it's "hung" it will fail to repaint the hung application window.

      Killing mstsc.exe will make ReactOS return to normal. This bug was found on 70198 using a HybridCD on i386 target, real hardware.
