ListView corrupt scrollbar upon resizing the column-header

In a ListView with multiple columns and a horizontal scrollbar, that scrollbar is disrupted when columns are resized.

Steps to reproduce:

Run e.g. the file manager in Details view. Increase column widths until the horizontal scrollbar appears. Then shrink columns; a gap appears in the scrollbar, to the left of the resized column, The gap is transparent, revealing content that should be hidden by the scrollbar. The scrollbar shrinks together with the end of the last column - indicating wrong window width calculation/tracking.

Sometimes the effect disappears when the containing window is resized. This is not a workaround for dialog boxes of fixed width.
