UEFI, BlGetBootOptionDevice(): Force return when no Option is found

This patch forces BIGetBootOptionDevice to return inmediatly when there is no Option found. Otherwise, and in case SECURE_BOOT is not set, we would be assigning SecureDescriptor an uninitialized value (line 329).
