Moving minimized MDI windows shows icon

    Description

      Testing using winefile. When I minimize an MDI child and drag it around in the parent window, the only thing that moves in a 32pixel OIC_SAMPLE icon. The window bar and title stays put until the user releases the mouse. In Windows, the minimized title bar moves around. The video below shows the problem in better detail.
