Major Description
Steps for reproducing this bug:
1) Try to install ReactOS. Select italian language, but it applies to all types of languages.
2) You arrive to the summary screen, shown in setup_1.png. Move the cursor on the keyboard layout and press ENTER key.
3) Look screenshot setup_2.png, there is not visible cursor.
In the setup_2.png, the item "Italian" is selected, but it is not visible.
If you press up key, after a while the selection cursor will appear.
Now, if you press down key, the list will scroll down as expected.
It actually happens that the list is not arranged for showing the selected item; it happens that it shows only the first ones and if your selection is after them, then it will not be visible.
