Empire Earth and ReactOS (old)

Before test in ReactOS i tried to run game in Wine 1.8.
On AppDB https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=2174 write (instruction for wine 1.6), what for start of game need install d3dx9, dinput8, vcrun6. All happened.
In ReactOS i installed DirectX 8, 9, MS Visual C++ 6, but after start game - nothing.
