Add multi-language support to FreeLoader

    Description

      I was trying to edit freeldr.ini, in order to translate his menu items. But have not found a parameter that specifies the code page. Do you plan translation interface FREELOADER? Ideally, it would be better to translate FREELOADER on the language of the operating system that was specified during installation, as is done in XP. Just as good would be to convert some types of errors that may arise in the process of booting the ROS as in XP.
