Very serious bug in applications that use the window regions.

    Description

      Very serious bug found when running the program with one CD in ROS. The program uses WindowRegion to display and HTML page as a design. Due to bugs in GDI programs like this impossible to use. Does not work scrolling, buttons not displayed correctly, the HTML page bigger than the window. If you drag the window around the screen, the background will be visible errors with the drawing. The program is very hard to use. The program I posted here for testing.
