Calc does not work in Windows XP

    Description

      I cannot run the calculator on Windows XP anymore.
      I tried to run it in Windows 7 and here it works, but on older version of the OS it does not. Removing the manifest from the resources has fixed the problem.
      Apparently, it seems that the manifest blocks the execution on XP and older.
      Same thing seems to happen with on-screen keyboard application.
