RealHW: Partition table gets corrupted after ReactOS reinstallation

When I install ReactOS on empty HDD, all works fine.
But when ReactOS is already installed and I try to reinstall it, boot record obtains invalid data, which prevents second stage from booting.
After second reinstallation, all becomes fine again, but this step, at least, takes additional time.
Good and bad HDD images are attached (first 64 KiB only).
