    Description

      reactOS r70685 & reactOS 0.4RC2 affected

      this is no regression - has been like this for months...
      it was not caused by changeset 70685

      see reactos-r70685-winrar-noIcons.png
      I doubt react-r70685-winrar-noIcons.log will help much...

      WinRAR 4.2, 5.30 & 5.31beta1 - all are affected the same way.
