GCC: Delay import libraries do not have a IMAGE_DIRECTORY_ENTRY_DELAY_IMPORT section

    Description

      Binaries built with gcc (on windows at least) lack an IMAGE_DIRECTORY_ENTRY_DELAY_IMPORT section.

      This prevents some advanced features from delayloading (like pre-loading and unloading) from working.
