[trunk] Minor icon fixes

I've had these icons sitting on my laptop for the past 2 months. Time for them to go.

It's nothing more that fixing a blurry 16 pixel image, adjusting some icons, better icon and a proper 32 pixel image instead of a 24 pixel page aligned to the center of a 32 pixel page.
