Folders Inside folder at desktop

If we create a folder in the desktop, if we give it any name say Hello, now we enter in it, now if we try create another folder in it by right clicking, new folder, it will not be created.

I am newbie, and want to support the development of a non window OS which especially has provided the source code, I know C programming language and python, how can I help the ReactOS further, I am a first year student
