Add support for games with software vertex blending

Known examples of such games are:

• The Sims 2 (fails to run in vanilla Wine and, if ran, produces artifacts, broken models and messed up textures)
• Jinko Shoujo 3 (also known as "Artificial Girl 3" - first-third person dating simulation game with ero elements (same behaviour as Sims 2, but crashes on exiting from the start location)). Other games on the same engine also apply.
