Annoying flickering when selecting items in listview

If I drag around in a listview over the items, anything inside the selection rectangle will flicker. It's not a problem with the shell as I've tested with different apps with listviews. It's getting quite annoying and IMO it should be fixed before 0.4.1 Revision 51321 is related.
