Implement "Copy To Folder"/"Move To Folder" from Menubar

    Description

      This patch implements Copy To/Move To in shell. It adds the dialog to choose the destination folder and updates the Edit menu and toolbar buttons based on current selection. NOTE: resource strings only in en-us.
