Fix calculation of ServLength at getnameinfo in ws2_32_new

    Description

      Fix ServLength calculation by dividing it by the sizeof(wchar). As a side fix, GetNameInfoW is expecting the number of WCHARs of the array and not WCHARS-1 so I've fixed it too.
