Small system error when opened or playing file in VLC 2.2.2

    Description

      I tested VLC in ReactOS. After opening media file a system "hangs".

          • Assertion failed: entry->flags & HANDLEENTRY_INDESTROY

      Break repeatedly, break Once, Ignore, terminate Process or terminate Thread (boipt)?

      This was when file opening or when it already played.
