NTVDM has issues with up+down key after switching to fullscreen (ros detects alt-key to be pressed permanently then)

reactOS r71322

start DOOM1 or Commander Keen (or most likely any other game)
via NTVDM

switch to fullscreen via Alt+Enter
Afterwards the up+down arrow keys will do nothing.

Left+Right arrow is still working then.

Could be - but I don't think this is a regression of r71318, I sometimes had issues with those keys also before, but were not able to reproduce this reliably back then.
